    Welcome to [Omar Peña/Oturns2 LLC] at the Windermere Prep School Facility. By booking or participating in our baseball coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and professional environment for all athletes and staff.


    1. Service Availability and Cancellation

    • We reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule, or cancel coaching sessions due to weather, coach availability, or facility issues.
       
    • In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
       
    • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' Notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may not be refunded.
       

    2. Payments and Transactions

    • Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
       
    • We accept [list payment methods].
       
    • Package deals or promotions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
       

    3. Liability and Expectations

    • While we aim to provide high-quality, safe training, participation in physical activity carries inherent risks.
       
    • [Omar Peña/Oturns2 LLC] and the Windermere Preparatory School Facility are not liable for injuries or accidents sustained during training, except in cases of proven negligence.
       
    • We are not responsible for errors in schedules or temporary downtime of our website or booking platform.
       

    4. Conduct and Behavior

    • Athletes are expected to show respect to coaches, teammates, and the facility.
       
    • Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
       
    • We reserve the right to remove participants from sessions if behavior is deemed inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.
       

    5. Copyright and Content Use

    • All training materials, drills, and content provided during lessons are the intellectual property of [Omar Peña/Oturns2 LLC].
       
    • No part of the program may be recorded, copied, or distributed without written permission.
       

    6. Account Management (if applicable)

    • We reserve the right to suspend or disable user accounts or bookings for rule violations or misuse of our services.
       

    7. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the most recent version.

    Refund Policy

    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while upholding a fair policy for our coaching staff and other athletes. Please review our refund terms below:


    Terms of Cancellation or Rescheduling:
    Clients may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to  24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.


    Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are only available for:

    • Lessons canceled within the permitted timeframe
       
    • Sessions canceled by the coach or facility
       
    • Lessons that could not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues)
       

    Non-Refundable Situations:
    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Missed lessons without prior notice (no-shows)
       
    • Lessons already completed
       
    • Packages/sessions purchased at discounted rates unless otherwise stated
       

    How to Request a Refund:
    To initiate a refund request, please get in touch with us via [email/phone/contact form] with the following information:

    • Full name
       
    • Date and time of the scheduled lesson
       
    • Reason for the request
       

    Refund Process:
    Approved refunds will be processed within  five business days to the original method of payment. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
